Job Description
- Promote a range of establish pharmaceutical products to health care professionals in the designated territory.
- Utilise product trials, literature, and other promotional materials effectively to gain recommendations and endorsements from both current and potential health care professionals.
- Take ownership of achieving individual and monthly sales targets, while implementing key promotional plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
- Proactively manage and foster strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, schedule, organise, and execute daily tasks, functions, and duties efficiently to maximise sales results.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related health sciences field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Highly sales-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of self-motivation to achieve targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with health care professionals.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach to tasks.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel outstation as required
