JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Planning Manager in the Civil Engineering industry. As the joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is dedicated to delivering Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia and contributing to the mission of Vision 2030. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project schedules and timelines using various software tools
- Coordinate with project team members to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain project progress
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and potential delays
- Analyze project data and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead regular planning meetings and facilitate discussions on project planning and scheduling
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that impact project timelines and deliverables
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners and schedulers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale civil engineering projects
- Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
