Summary
The Loan Processing Specialist provides support to the Residential Mortgage & Commercial Loan Officers with the daily administration of the mortgage/commercial loan function. This position performs a variety of duties including: preparation of all loan documentation, loan estimates, and closing disclosures, inputting information for final documents, and the input of escrow addendums. Also provides support in other areas of the lending function of the Bank.
Essential Functions
- Accurately prepare all loan documents (loan estimates and closing disclosures.)
- Input escrow addendum on Navigator and prepare escrow letters.
- Order title work and appraisals.
- Verify accuracy of debt to income, loan applications, title work, and final loan documents.
- Gather insurance policy information.
- Issue verification of employment forms as needed.
