Job Summary:
Unitarian House of Ottawa is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all calls are answered and that all calls are directed to the appropriate person. The Call Center Representative will work closely with the Director of Operations and other call center staff to ensure that all calls are answered, that all calls are in a timely manner and in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones in a professional manner
- Calling customers to provide information about products and services
- Creating an accurate call log for all calls originated from our office
- Answering other customer service-related questions that arise from the team
- Working with the team on various projects as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects at one time.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: $20.30-$22.45 per hour
