Responsibilities:
•Expected to work closely with the customer, the onsite/offsite technical support team and management to ensure a smooth, timely delivery and handling of the support cases.
•Take ownership of all Technical problem and plan it to ensure the plan is tracked during the entire life cycle of the project.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•Able to handle customer professionally
•A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
