We are looking for unit heads who will provide expert oversight and management of staff within their unit.
Unit head Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the performance of the unit.
- Running the unit on a day-to-day basis, assuring provision, evaluation and monitoring of quality services, and mentoring and training the staff.
Unit head Requirements
- Experience with sales.
- Experiences in leading operations/process improvement/change management/project management, strong understanding of growth tactics.
- Good knowledge of Real estate
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
