As a Project Manager for the North Europe Cluster you will be focusing on the development and execution of “small” projects and providing support as a local project manager for “large” projects.

We would need a successful candidate to:
Actively participate in the development phase of projects
Organize and execute projects to improve safety, reliability and energy/costs efficiency, environmental impact
Work as a Project Manager for the local part (utilities, permitting, interface with Operations,...) of a large energy transition project
Prepare technical specifications and redlined drawings/P&IDs/isometrics/ suppliers documents
Formalize all the necessary project documentation (scope, schedule, budget, reporting,...) up to project closure, including the as-built documentation
Coordinate procurement and construction activities including strategy development
Communicate and report on the project progress (progress, budget, schedule) to the various stakeholders
Prepare work packages needed for cooperation with subcontractors
Follow–up management of change (MOC) and credit request processes for projects (including timely opening and closing credits, and regular budget update)
Ensure timely commissioning of the assets by closing the credit in Wilie Credit and ensuring there is no open PO's or unpaid invoices on the credit

Would you be described as someone that:
Leads and organizes the projects in order to respect safety, quality, scope, budget, and schedule
Takes any immediate action necessary to guarantee safety during the project execution
Has 8+ years of experience in Industrial/Construction Project development and/or execution
Comes from a mechanical or process engineering educational background
Has strong coordination and communication skills when in comes both to internal employees and subcontractors
Comes from a strong technical background (mechanical and/or process)
