We required a Project Estimator specialized in the Cost Estimation of Metal Solar PV Mounting Structures for our Metal Fabrication Division based on the below requirements,
Qualifications & Experience & Abilities
Ø He should have Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong technical background
Ø He should have Strong understanding of project cost estimation, analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis, developing data base of qualified vendors, manufactures or suppliers of most competitive cost & quality.
Ø Knowledge in MIS reports, computer skills in MS word, Excels etc.
Ø Excellent Communication skills, self-motivated sense of urgency and should be well oriented, dynamic and aggressive and responsible for achieving of targets.
· Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Estimation especially in the Cost Estimation of Solar PV Mounting structure & all other types of light, medium steel structural fabrication works.
· Himself need to make the total project estimation.
· Able to do Site Visit & Site measurements.
· Experience in auto CAD 2D and Solid works/3D modeling.
· Able to do the metal works design and drawings.
· Able to Identification the metal works from the construction drawings.
· Able to select the raw material, specifications and codes.
· Must have experience in Manpower, method & machine knowledge.
· Well know the raw material suppliers.
· Experience in raw material purchase.
· Must have experience in tender’s knowledge, project estimation and submission.
· Advantage, if have brief experience in civil footing Knowledge.
· Advantage, if have brief experience in Aluminium works.
· Must have experience in Steel structural Load Calculation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month
