Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media posts, website designs, product packaging, and print collateral.
- Develop innovative and creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
- Translate conceptual ideas and briefs into visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs, maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and customer care, to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity, including brand guidelines and design templates.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either through employment or a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
- Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus

Location: Remote (candidates located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Wah)
Note: The candidate would be required to attend biweekly meetings every two weeks at our office.
