We are looking for a talented Line HR Administrator – APAC to join our team in Suwon Plant

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ÿ

Works within defined human resource processes to (e.g. compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support) to take appropriate action.

Ÿ

Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee files; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy

Ÿ

Coordinates and assists with internal audit requests.

Ÿ

May assist in documenting investigations.

Ÿ

Coordinates Human Resources business process activities to support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives.

Ÿ

Provides staffing and recruiting support; coordinates recruiting activities; updates the applicant tracking system, coordinates assessment testing where applicable, conducts reference checks for new hires; coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities.

Ÿ

Coordinates standard compensation processes and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources.

Ÿ

Assists in administration of human resources policies and procedures; may audit compliance with key legislative requirements.

Ÿ

Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice.

Ÿ

Supports administrative HR work for APAC HR team

Ÿ

Run HRIS report when required, HRIS Management for APAC Region

Ÿ

HR Onboarding/offboarding support for New joiners (documentation, data entry for HRIS, etc.)

Ÿ

Support administrative work for HR projects within APAC region

Ÿ

Compensation and Benefits Administration - Translates Cummins plan design, statutory and tax requirements in the communication and delivery of compensation and benefit programs.

Ÿ

Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgment informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to diagnose, identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.

Ÿ

Human Resources Data Management - Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.

Ÿ

Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Ÿ

Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Bachelor’s degree of 4-year-college

Ÿ

2 ~ 5 years of experience in Human Resource team in Manufacturing industry is preferred

Ÿ

Driver License is preferred

Ÿ

English: Business proficiency in Written and Verbal

Ÿ

Japanese: plus

Compensation and Benefits Administration - Administers policies following Cummins plan design to ensure accurate and consistent application of Cummins policies in order to make and communicate appropriate compensation and benefits decisions; complies with local legislative and tax requirements to ensure Cummins policies meet governance and legislative requirements.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Competencies

  • Payroll knowledge for Korea (for APAC region is a plus)
