Job description: 1. Work closely with the business side to optimize the access scheme of the algorithm application, improve the efficiency of evaluating and using the algorithm application in each business scenario, and reduce the cost of managing and optimizing the algorithm application in each business scenario 2. Responsible for the algorithm application Architecture design and development and performance tuning to solve technical problems such as high concurrency, high reliability, and high scalability of the system. Work involving multiple sub-directions includes: resource scheduling, task scheduling, model training, model reasoning, model management, data set management, workflow orchestration, etc. 3. Responsible for the research and introduction of forward-looking engineering technologies related to algorithms.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in Go/Python/C++ and more than 1 to 2 languages and at least one of them, with excellent design style and coding habits 2. Familiar with the basic technology stack of the server (storage, message queue, microservice...), and be able to flexibly use these technologies to solve some common business problems in distributed/high concurrency/big data scenarios 3. Understand TensorFlow/PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks and common deep learning algorithms. It is better to be familiar with the underlying implementation of deep learning frameworks 4. Have enthusiasm for technology, resilience, good business ability, communication skills, team awareness and Independent problem-solving ability 5. More than 3 years of work experience and development experience in infrastructure/algorithm framework/tool chain related to machine learning.
